Guarantee: Since the first guide was published in September 2000, thousands of EuroCanals Guides have been purchased. During that time I have been asked to refund the purchase price to only two buyers, both of whom had expected coverage for a waterway area which was not listed in the published table of contents. This record allows me to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all buyers: if the EuroCanals Guides do not meet your expectations, the full purchase price will be refunded upon request. In the case of physical products (CD or Book) the refund will include the shipping cost. Similarly, if a physical product does not arrive by mail within 30 days (to any address worldwide) I will ship another copy at no charge.

Upgrades: If you have purchased a Download of a guide and later decide that you wish to purchase a CD-ROM, your original purchase price will be refunded. This offer applies for 60 days from the date of first purchase. Example: you purchased “Waterways of Germany” and within 60 days decided that the full set of EuroCanals Guides will be useful to you; you should purchase the CD-ROM and send me a message requesting a refund of your initial purchase. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the request.
